    Did anyone came across the following error? It happens when I run the report with customized chart in Cognos 11.07. It only happens in UAT not in dev or production

    Thanks for the reply. 
    url: ibm.com/mysupport​  -  is not working.
    Here are more details from visualization log file, created when I run the report with modified visualization.
    And again, when I change to out of the box Tornado chart - it works fine.
