Ahh... missed that part ;-)
It depends on how advanced you want the image to be... if you just need to "hardcode" them, then it's easy just to drop a shape on it (you can upload your own shapes) :
Or add an url image behind it and work with the opacity....
If you want something that dynamically adjust to the data, like different images depending on the filters, then you would need to use a customvis.... I searched with D3, Highcharts, echarts but couldn't find any examples.... but there is probably a D3 example out there...
For the value in the legend, it's not currently supported with the CA visualizations, but please log an enhancement request for it at:
