    Hello people,

    I wanted to ask you how can I view/see the licenses that i have attached to my qradar appliance? I need the strict name or type of the license so my company can make a procurement for those licenses.. Also i have other question, because the licenses have ended on the 1st of November 2023 and now we are 02.2024 the local support in my country told me that i have to pay for the 2 months also for the IBM license support? Can you explain me why? With every product we have we just pay for the period that the license is valid and not for the previous months when we had an invalid license..

    license can be easily viewed by the admin tab. This is the encrypted license file and Dora's not list the product codes you purchased in the beginning. My guess is you're looking for the license documents being sent to you by email.

    thetarget Person in your company has been nominated by you company to receive those by email. As this typically is true for all IBM based products ts sometimes tricky if the person has left you company already. Pls ask your IBM sales rep for this.

    When buying a QRadar license you have agreed to license conditions. When you have a gap in maintenance you can't update your products and this may lead to extra work for support engineers after relicensing. This is why you should pay for the two month missing. If not doing so you need  to pay reinstatement fee to get back on track. Which is far more expensive than to pay the two month gap so you got consecutive support and software maintenance. remember ther are daily updates, so you are already missing 60 days and 8 weeks.
