Hi All

There's a new functionality around snoozing recommendations.  Be interested to know if people are using this and perhaps more importantly how are they using it.  Eg are you having internal rules about who can snooze?  do you have internal max number of days to snooze?  do you do anything differently between what may be temporary or permanent snooze?

And what about Reporting - are you reporting the value that has been snoozed?  Is there anything that shows the reason for snoozing - and is that captured (and reported), eg are teams putting things into Backlogs, or are they just snoozing to stop people chasing?

Sorry - probably lots of questions.  As a new Cloudability user then we are only just getting started with our users so we have the chance to tell those people how we want to use this functionality

I'm probably not the best response because we have not had discussion around using this feature in our environment, however I did use it recently for a Team we meet with regularly. That Team had already gone through and evaluated and made use of the comment feature for those line items where they could not take action. I used the snooze feature on those and then reported the $'s excluding the snoozed items. If I remember, when I snoozed them it gave me options for how long so I selected 6 mos.  I would not use the feature for anything our Teams had not already reviewed and commented. At least not today.

Thanks that's really helpful - as I was thinking that the Teams themselves would "snooze".  But sounds more like you are approaching this from a centralised view.  What you want teams to do is make the Comments and then on that basis you'd put the "snooze" on.

Interested to know if others are allowing the users to "snooze" these recommendations.  As we are new to Cloudability then we may be making choices that others have developed processes for in the past around using the Comments?

Hi - just wondering if anyone (including Carmen) is doing any reporting on this and if so how?  Are people reporting opportunities both before and after "snooze".  Or - are teams just not using snooze yet?
