    Hello IBM community!

I have a little question for you. We are currently developing a solution with BAW 20.0.0.2 for a client in Luxembourg.

My question is, is it possible to use a BPM coach in the "Add Case" page in case builder ?

Or the use of coaches is limited to a process activity?

Thank you for the answers :)

    Have a good day,

    Aurélien

Coaches can be used outside of process activities, by exposing them as URL. I haven't worked with Case Manager through BAW,  so i am unsure if this helps you, but if you can open any custom web page or redirect to a web page in a page i a case, you should be able to access a BPM coach in this manner. We have done quite complex components in this pattern for our BPM solutions at least

Ok @Johan Andersson, i'm able to use a coach in the "add case" page with url :) Now, i'll map properties from coaches to case properties. It should be good for me :)

    Again, thank you

    Hi.

I have seen this done using a CSHS (as mentioned below) that is exposed as a URL. The CSHS can be invoked from some external site or integrated into a case solutions using a button with a script action that calls it.

The CSHS is then designed to create your awesome UI and then uses services activities that call the case REST.
