So Recently we migrated from Case Manager to BAW.

Can someone guide, how to redirect the URLs to BAW servers.

You should have a web server in front of your old Case Manager environment.

Remove the WebSphere Plugin so that it no longer forwards requests to the you AppServer. Instead configure a rewrite as described in https://publib.boulder.ibm.com/httpserv/manual24/rewrite/remapping.html "Resource Moved to Another Server".

    Hi Akash.

Congratulations of updating from ICM to BAW Case. I hope you enjoy all the new things you are able to add to your existing case solution when you choose to.

Which URLs are you referring to and where do your existing references live?

During environment upgrade, the main URLs there are the ones between the BAW server and your existing CPE server when your ICM development and production object stores are. This is because the case code now lives with the BAW process code on the BAW server (instead of just being installed directly onto your Navigator server).

Check the new BAW 25.0.0 Knowledge Center for any additional updates to the upgrade steps as we have been enhancing the docs with each release to make them clearer.
