Hi,
No TA tool here, just "technician" account.
We've tried everything we could think of... turn the UPSs off then on again, physical test button, remove them, put them back... no luck whatsoever.
We are out of ideas.

Hello all,
We're in a similar situation.
After replacing two failed UPS we cannot bring them back to the OK state as the self-test refuses to run as "not all remaining batteries are in the OK state".
Is there a solution to fix this deadlock? Did you Justine have had any luck?
Thank you all in advance,

Subject: UPS double Failure in XIV
Hello,
I have an XIV Gen3 with 2 failed UPSs that are not coming online ...
One UPS is failing to start the test due to insufficient power ...it is failed but On-line.
The other ups is logging "UPS control command 'turn_ups_on' on 1:UPS:1 failed' and in the end it logs "A UPS self-test has failed on UPS 1:UPS:1."
Can anyone help me get out of this ? Can I force the UPS online, for to skip the test ?
Thank you
