I did downloaded many service packs between SP1 to SP12, but i am  not finding the the above mentioned prerequisites.

It seems files cluster.es.spprc.rte.6.1.0.3.bff and glvm.rpv.server.6.1.0.1.bff are both part of the SP12. If you do not have them, I suggest downloadind SP12 again, making sure download is successfull.

Well, somehow I have downloaded them last October as a part of SP12 download - although now I cannot swear it was a direct part of a standard SP12 download from FixCentral, too much time since I did this.

The filesets it mentions are very specific only to PowerHA Enterprise Edition. You may not even have the filesets of those installed. If you are not using GLVM or DS8k level replication you don't even need them.
