  • 1.  Upgrade Firmware FCM FS5200

    Good morning,

    I try to upgrade firmware for FCM from 3.1.7 to 3.1.15, and I have this error:

    CMMVC5994E Errore durante la verifica della firma del package di aggiornamento.

    I re-try to upgrade and works.....but only one not upgrade firmware....

    Hola Marco!

    Troubleshooting for CMMVC5994E suggests the firmware package might be corrupt. Have you tried copying the firmware package again? It also suggests /home/admin/upgrade might be out of space, so the package is not copied entirely and hence is corrupt. You might try deleting files  there with cleardumps -prefix /home/admin/upgrade and then you can retry.

    Which version of code is running the system?
