Can you be more specific about what you mean by "I'm on Cognos Cloud"? This could be one of a few options:
- The "on-demand" IBM Cognos Analytics cloud SAAS offering, that you can sign up for on a seat-by-seat basis, managed by IBM
- The "dedicated" IBM Cognos Analytics cloud SAAS offering, where your organization has a dedicated instance of CA in the IBM cloud, managed by IBM
- An "on-prem" install of IBM Cognos Analytics running in a VM in a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud etc) managed by your organization
- A "hybrid cloud" cartridge of IBM Cognos Analytics running in IBM Cloud Pak for Data, managed by your organization

In title you can see an message:
Maintenance Due to changes that happened on the last system upgrade on, March 31th 2022, there was changes to the IP address for allowlist for cloud based datasources. Please open a ticket with support to get the updated list.
I don't where I look for the updated list.
For the reports it works fine.I'm on Azure database.
