    Hi Team, 

    We have 10000+ daily transactions in our current project so we are getting many requests to unlock work items so every time we have to open filenet administration and search wid and unlocked it rather than going this long way. Is there another where we can implement unlock option in the basket Case Manager client and only the admin user can unlock directly from in basket Case Manager client itself? Is there any script action which can we implement to ease our current situation.

    Hi Mohammad,
    The attached PDF contains an article I put together way back in 2013 for ICM version 5.2.0. and was posted on the "ECM Community Blog" (which unfortunately has been deprecated by IBM). Hopefully the code still works!
