Unknown: Process ID and Dispatcher

    Hi,
    In Cognos 11.0.11, process ID and Dispatcher details is not available in administration console when we run the reports in background mode (not scheduled).
    It shows the message "Process ID: Unknown".

    For the scheduled reports and reports in interactive mode shows process ID and dispatcher details.
    Have someone faced this issue? Any suggestion to fix it?
