If you only use a single Org and single Site then this isn't your issue.
The views in the Conduct an Inspection app leverage saved queries in the MXAPIINSPRESULT object structure. You can inspect these for troubleshooting purposes, or customize them if you have a business need.

Thanks for the reply!
Not sure what exactly you mean by multisite environment - could you explain? As I know and understand correctly, we use only one site for our organization.
The work order is under a single asset, and we do monthly inspections. Each month, there is one work order where the inspection form is generated, all within the same site.
Could the Default Insert Site still affect access to previous inspection results in this case?

Arturs,
Are you working in a multisite environment? Inspection form results are site-specific, so you may need to change your Default Insert Site to see previous results.

Subject: Unable to View Previous Inspection Form Results in Mobile App
Hi everyone,
I'm currently working with inspection forms in IBM Maximo and ran into something I can't quite explain.
When filling out an active inspection form (linked to a work order with status APPR), I noticed that it's not possible to view results from previous inspection forms. The form I'm using includes a single choice domain value and some free-form text fields.
Interestingly, I remember that in another inspection form (where I had to input numbers or similar values), I could see previous inspection results while filling out the new one.
So now I'm wondering:
Could this behavior be related to the data type of the input fields (e.g., numeric vs. text/single choice)?
Or has something possibly changed in the system (e.g., updates, configuration, etc.)?
Has anyone else encountered this behavior or have any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
