Unable to view Feature Information in Maximo Map tab

    Hii all, 
         
    I have done Map manager configuration in Maximo, in that have added Map server, Feature server after adding that also we have not able to see any layers in map it was showing only Base Map but not the feature information.

    Please Suggest if am missing any steps as i am new to Maximo and GIS
