Hi,

I am able to start IS using command:
server.bat -log none -debug 4

but when I want that logs must also be written, I use command :

server.bat -debug 4

but following error occured:

Successfully loaded PSUtilities configuration file into memory
Error in recoverJoinTimers: com.wm.app.b2b.server.ISRuntimeException: [101.518]
*** Exception: Unable to connect to database!

Please advice me why this error occurred and how to start IS, having logs written.

IS Admin > Settings > Logging > Edit logger setting. Choose destination as ‘File’ instead of ‘database’ that is selected for your server logger link. Restart IS. You should see log file created.
