I have installed the full webMethods 9.7 including the fix install and post install.
I am unable to start the Integration Server, it just flashed.
Could anyone help me?

Please check wrapper.log for any error.

Path is /install_directory/profile/IS_nodename/logs

Apart from what Yogesh mentioned, please check IntegrationServer/instances/default/logs directory. server.log and WMERROR* logs can provide additional information.

Attachments are wrapper.log and WMERROR*.log, there is no “directory. server.log” as mentioned.
Could you please help me take a look?

Hi,

Looks like your tc-config.xml file is not valid.

Please fix you tc-config file and try to restart the server.

Even I try to create another instance, the IS server is still unable to start.

However, both IS and MWS can run properly on a new installation without applying the fix install and fix post install.
Maybe there is something wrong with the fix.

Are you using embedded db or external db ? Also can you please perform below steps.

1. Take backup of platform.log, sag-osgi.log and wrapper log (all files are under /profile/IS_detaful/logs/).
2. Start IS and share all three latest logs.
