Unable to start BPM process using pub.jms:send

    Hi,
    I have a problem when I try starting a new instance process through the service pub.jms:send, the message comes to the queue from Universal Messaging but it’s not starting.
    If I execute my publish document from Run as → Publish as JMS Message and enabled the property Prepare Message for BPM my process is successful started.

    What is the correct way for starting a new process instance from a flow service using UM?

    I am using Universal Messaging 9.8 and Integration Server 9.8

    Somebody Help me please.

    You must use pub.prt.jms:send for this. See page 217 in this guide that explains why (link).
