    Hi Team,

    Unable to reset console admin password via CLI, getting below error

    ERROR: Failed to decrypt

    The key must be 128, 192 or 256 bits long at /opt/qradar/lib/perl//Q1/auCrypto.pm line 31.

    ERROR: Unable to encrypt XXXXXX

    I would attempt to run the following command:

    cp /opt/qradar/lib/perl/Q1/auCrypto.pm /opt/qradar/lib/Q1/

    These errors occur more commonly in older QRadar versions, but can occur elsewhere. I would run the copy command listed here, then try to reset your password.

    If you are stuck or continue to experience the issue, open a new case for us to investigate. If you are locked out of your appliance, you should set a high severity on the issue so you can continue to administer your appliance.
