as Nezih writes or this can also happen if you work with different IBM-Ids.
1. wrong IBM ID that is not authorised
2. was previously logged on to the same browser with a different IBM ID
Here it often helps to clear the browser cache.

Hi. We have Storage Insights enabled via Call Home feature of IBM FS 7000 Family Storage. CallHome works fine. But when we open SI, it goes takes us to another portal but then does nothing. Like from Top Right, we switch to SI - 
It asks for credentials and then goes to Storage Insights Portal successfully, but nothing opens there at all. Just a screen with message: Successfully Logged in. Thats it.

So, how to access it.
Please advise.
