Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to sign in for a free trial of Cognos Analytics on Cloud for the Data Visualization and Dashboards with Excel and Cognos Course on Coursera and whenever I try to launch my trial it says, "CA Login Authentication Error" Can anyone help me troubleshoot this so that I can finish my course?

I imagine "Incognito/private" browser mode will help if the issue is on your end. Otherwise, you likely need to raise a ticket with IBM.

If you have some experience with your web browser developer tools, You may be able to get some better insights about the issue by studying any messages in failed login responses.
