I purchased SPSS Statistics (version 26) for university. I received the download link which I then downloaded to my laptop. Once downloaded, I cannot use/open/find SPSS Stats anywhere on my computer? An online forum says you should be able to Search "SPSS Statistics 26 Licence" to begin using SPSS, but am unable to locate that. I have uninstalled then reinstalled - this did not help. I also downloaded the product on another laptop and this also did not help. I need help urgently as I am falling behind with online tutorials because I can't use the product.
