I would like to address something related to UCA triggering. Lately I am new to IBM BAW and i have using send message event to trigger a BPD   using the UCA , input taken as BO for UCA  from a client side human service. The data is going correct without any issues but there was some problem triggering the UCA.

I am currently trying to figure this out on trial version of IBM BAW workflow development center. when i tried this in 8.6 version of IBM BPM, this worked perfectly fine. any suggestions on the UCA not getting triggered when i ran client side service to trigger a BPD?

Hi Gayathri,

UCA behavior is exactly same in BAW as well.
You cannot trigger UCA from a client side human service, UCA invocation is a server side activity. You need to have UCA trigger in a service flow and use that service flow in the CSHS.

Also, if you can provide some screenshots of how you are implementing, it would be helpful to understand the real problem.
