  • 1.  two instance are created when calling start Message Event

When Send message UCA is fired from a service, two instance are being created with start message event.  I have verified debuging the service to check if multiple time is SendMessage UCA is called, but it is firing once, but instance are created 2.  Can you let me know  if any one has encountered this issue or what might be the reason for such behavior. I am using 8.6

    Hi Maheshwar,

I also used 8.6 for a project and used lots of UCA process start events. Never had this problem. UCA is a very standard and reliable messaging implementation in BPM. Check your implementation.

As @Thong Huynh stated this is a very common use case so it is unlikely it is broken. Is the UCA in a toolkit? If so maybe there is more than one BPD that is watching for it? Say, perhaps, a developer duplicated the PA to test something out and so you are seeing 2 instance but from different PA?
