I need your help with a problem that happends to be random in the IBMWork app. The change date status is not synched with the actual date and time of the device even we set the timezone for the user. Second, the timer also when it stops the start date time and end date time is not synced with the currendatetime by severals mins / hours, just so random. Even though when we download the data the date time is correct but it happends only when adding a Labor with timer and changing the status of the WO or adding a work log. I need to know if there is an APAR number on this or do you know how to fix it or what is the root cause ? Maximo timezone, DB and VM are in same timezone. Maximo side we don't have this problem.
