If I place a timer UCA in a toolkit, which is triggered say every day at 6:00AM, and I use this toolkit in say 3 applications, finally the service attached to the UCA will be executed 3 times, or only once?

Would be good to understand the business requirement behind this setup. I never have to do this so curious to know.

Answer is No, the time elapsed UCA will be scheduled to run only 1 time in the day. 

You can easily verify this by looking at your process server's Event Manager monitor console to inspect how many instances of it are scheduled to run and at what time.
