  • 1.  time error while connecting to threat source

    Hi,

    we were enabling the following error while enabling the virustotal or xforce exchange threat source. both were working fine till yesterday. but today we are not able to enable them while checking out the logs we got the following error.

    05:29:03.110 [http-bio-443-exec-10] ERROR com.co3.threat.Co3ThreatFeed - Connection to https://websvc.resilientsystems.com/rest/threat_sources/5de07056-8448-4155-84a9-a8d1f817c2b7/license is refused. Connect to websvc.resilientsystems.com:443 [websvc.resilientsystems.com/206.128.101.44] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

    can somebody help to resolve this .

    restarting the services fixed the problem.
