Hi all, I know I've been quiet for some time, and people are wondering about the status of our User Group. I apologize for the silence.  It's been about a year since our last virtual meeting, and since Peter Costigan retired last June I've struggled with how best to proceed.  It has been a challenge to line up customer and partner speakers for our meetings, so I've been reluctant to schedule any more sessions for awhile.

I spoke this week with Sunil Abraham, the new Optim Offering Manager replacing Peter Costigan, and we agreed to hold off on additional meetings for the rest of this year, but to keep the Optim Community here open for discussion.  There are plans brewing within IBM for significant new Optim product development that we hope to share sometime around year-end, at which time we'll resume our calls.
