Hello, I tried to run Cognos report by finding it in Team Content and running the report from within that folder. I get an error below.


I found this solution in IBM support: CM-REQ-4268 The multipart request is invalid error occurs Running and saving report output.
But I couldn't follow steps in the solution, because I don't see System under Status tab in Administration console:
I have permission to Directory Administrator and Server Administrator roles. I'm using Cognos Analytics 11.2.4

Do you have any suggestions on this case?

Hi,

You need System Administrator privileges to do this (ie the privileges granted by being a member of the System Administrators role). Best to reach out to whoever administers your instance and ask them to do this for you.

This report output is very large. You need to save the report output to the file system and not in the Content Store.
