My organization has recently started using tasks in Maximo and we've been finding there have been some "gotchas" that we hadn't fully considered.

Examples:

1. WO cost summary reports should include tasks if the tasks have actuals.
2. Tasks should be excluded from WO map layers in Desktop/Spatial and Anywhere.
3. Task WONUMs could end up being a headache. Example: one of our external systems can only handle WONUMS with 7 digits. Utilizing tasks will mean we'll have a lot more WOs to contend with which could result in integration challenges

Question:
Are there any other gotchas or trade-offs that should be considered when using tasks in Maximo?
