IBM QRadar

For some reason Log Activity tab in our Qradar displays strangely in web UI. 

In Mozilla on log activity tab there're no Search, Add Filter and other buttons above quick filter bar. Those icons don't show at all, like they've vanished from the bar where they should be located.

In Google Chrome the buttons show, but events themselves don't show. In the main space there's only text "no results were returned" with a text saying "Receiving results please wait" on the bottom. No matter how much we wait for any events to show up they never show. There're also often "Connection Terminated. The connection with the Console has been lost" messages. 

Overall the web UI is slow.

Virtual AIO

Average EPS: 500

CPU: 4 cores

RAM: 32GB

Storage: 260 GB

Try to restart the services and if does not fix the issue, then try a reboot of the machine.

Tried, didn't help.

The issue was in connection between computer that I viewed web UI on and QRadar server. Logged into computer on the same network as QRadar and viewed web UI from there, web UI works fine.
