Hello, I'm looking for how to reset a password, the manuals recommend a tool called init tool and a file called satask.exe, apparently I already found the file, but it marks it for a lenovo 3700, will it work for my purpose? Is there any other?

on the other hand, from fix central I can't download it, it sends a "not found" error, where else can I download it?

You can reset only the superuser password, not any other user. You need a USB Stick (FAT32) with only one file placed on it.
This file is named satask.txt. The content of the textfile is rather simple. there is only one line of text : "satask resetpassword" (without the quotation marks).
Plug in this USB Stick and wait until the USB LED stops flashing. Then the satask.txt file should be gone an a sataskresult.html should be there.

Hola Martin!

As a test, I gave it a quick try, it seems another parameter is needed according to ibm documentation 
The complete command to write in the satask.txt should be:
satask resetpassword -password 'new_password'

I noticed the embedded help for this command is missing in the flashsystem. I am going to report it. Double thanks!

Edit: It seems that depending on the Software level, the syntax of the command can change :)
