SQLCODE= -842 Connection already exists

    Hi,
    in the process of upgrading from 11.3 to 11.7 for zOS and one of our environments which has 3 DB2 members has developed the -842 connection already exists  on 2 of them. The third one works but as we prepare to move from the parallel testing one to the Live Production ones if we have the same issue then we will have a problem.
     
    Has anyone seen this before? or have any ideas beyond 'release the connection'?
