    Hi All,

    we are getting error after upadating fixpack from 11.5.8 to 11.5.9 on windows server. We have federation from Mainframes to db2 LUW and LUW to ORACLE, we are having SQL REPLICATION between the tables. 

    This is the error we are getting

    SQL1822N  Unexpected error code "-1" received from data source "NBAINT". Associated text and tokens are "Do no
    t have permission to read Oracle Client Libraries".  SQLSTATE=560BD
