Is there a clear path/roadmap documented step by step that shows which program products need to be installed in z/OS and DB2 13 for z/OS to have the same functionality as Data Studio had with its Visual Explain and Statistics Advisor in DB2 11 and 12 for z/OS? One of the products is SQL Tuning Services with FMID H2AT210.  Which other products come with no license cost and which ones carry a fee and require licensing?  In addition to that what needs to be installed on the workstation to display and analyze the information similar to Data Studio interface?
