    Hi All, 

    We are getting BMXAA7084I and 7088I messages in logs .

    While trying to start the maximo ui server.

    We have clustered environment.

    The database connection has been opened for 596993140 Ms DbConnectionWatchDog : Db connection reference I'd =17 spid =71.

    We tried stoping the db server restarted the db machine but no luck.

    Tried websphere restart not working.
    Error in calling Script Cache for zombie init event for mbo null. It's coming as warning

    Does anyone has faced the same issue?

    It sounds like there are other issues that are preventing the JVM starting.

    You should check the SystemOut.log file.
    The startup messages will go through a standard set of messages.
    There are almost certainly some other messages in the SystemOut.log file that indicate what is going wrong.

    The log entries you mentioned are the DB Connection Watchdog reporting that a piece of code has requested a DB connection and not returned it quickly enough.

    Did you every find the cause of this issue
    We have have all of a sudden got this issue after installing ifix15 on Maximo 7.6.1.2

    In that case the JVM had "gone rogue" and would not respond to the shutdown commands / windows end task.
    Microsoft Process Explorer was installed on the server and the prcoess was ended using that.

    The JVM restarted after the kill and the investigation stopped once the service was restored.

    If you have taken the steps I recommend above and you still have a problem then feel free to reach out to me and I may be able to do some analysis on your logs.
