  • 1.  SPSS Trial Not Working

    I signed up for the SPSS free trial on the website. After signing up I downloaded and installed the software but whenever I try to open the software it says I have already used the free trial on this device. But the truth is I haven't. This is the first time I installed SPSS on this device. And no I did use any free trial earlier with any other email. I hope to get it fixed or at least get some solution. Any help is appreciated.

    Dear SPSS user,

    Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.

    A) If you have a normal Support contract open a ticket on:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/

    and use your IBM customer number ICN.

    B) If you do not have a Support contract use method below:

    Go to:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/forumsproduct?name=SPSS%2BLicensing&id=0TO50000 0001xvJGAQ&language=en_US

    Use the blue button called "Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues" to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.
