Hi Juergen,
I think I have reproduced the issue. I do more testing and get back to you.
My only suggestion at the moment is to use the work-around of adding in 1 measure, then the drill then the 2nd measure.

Hello Trevor,
problem still exists :-(
My workaround is to have an extra dashboard for developing without a "stack column"-visu. , creating there the drill through definitions and copy/paste that visu. to the original dashboard. Drill-through works this way.
Would be nice when I could get the gif you announced.

Hi Juergan,
I tried this in the earliest and latest 11.1.5 version in different browsers and I don't see any issues. When I get time I will make a gif and show you what I did. Maybe it will help move this forward.
I tested on Chrome and Firefox,
Trevor

Hello Trevor,
while you wrote you have tested it with 11.1.5 without problems, I have done some more tests as well.
I really tested a lot and finally I think I found the problem.
As soon as I have a "stacked column"-visualization on a dashboard, I cannot create a drill-through definition on this or on any other visualization of this dashboard.
The "Drill-through definition: ..... "-window appears for less than a second before the error-msg is displayed.
But this depends on how the "stacked column"-visualization is defined.
If the "length"-parameter contains 2 measures, the drill-through-definition fails.
If there is only 1 measure defined, it works!
Please find attached a picture of a failing "stacked column".
The result of this visu. is correct, It's 1 column with 2 different values (and colours) which in sum presents the value shown at the Y-axes.
Hope that helps!!
By the way, what is the difference between R5 and R5GA?
I'm on "IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1 R5"

11.1.5 is R5 (CA 11.1 Release 5)
I tried this in an R5 I had running but did not see the issue. I will spin up my R5 GA when I finish up what I am currently working on.
