Is the software download center and documentation for webMethods also available on IBM Support pages?

IBM webMethods Documentation

I am also having a hard time finding the "IBM webMethods Installer". Documentation doesn't tell where and how it is supposed to be downloaded, as far as I can tell. I checked empower and searched here as well, googled it but no luck. I can't even tell if the version 11 is released or not yet. The documents are there for 11 but where is the installer?

IBM delivery for customers is streamlined via Passport Advantage : Passport Advantage Online for Customers 

You must have active entitlement / contract for the IBM WebMethods v11 suite, this will give you access to the latest IBM branded Installer and instructions how to authenticate with your IBMid e-mail address.

From that point on, the experience is the same as withe the previous versions.
