  • 1.  Snapshot compare not working

    I'm trying to compare one of the older sanpshot with current one. But it would not give any results and stay in following screen that is shown in the image.

    Hi Dilini, Try out the following steps

    • Browser Console Errors:

      • Open Developer Tools (usually F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I) and check the Console tab for any errors.
      • This can help identify if there's a JavaScript or network issue preventing the comparison view from loading.

    • Snapshot Compatibility:

      • Ensure the older snapshot is compatible with the current environment. Sometimes snapshots from older versions or different environments may not render correctly.

    • Snapshot Format or Corruption:

      • Verify that the older snapshot is not corrupted or missing key metadata.
      • Try opening the snapshot independently (not in comparison mode) to see if it loads.

    • Browser Cache/Cookies:

      • Clear your browser cache and cookies or try in incognito mode or a different browser.

    • BAW Logs:

      • Check the BAW server logs (SystemOut.log or trace logs) for any errors related to snapshot loading or comparison.

    • Permissions:

      • Make sure your user role has the necessary permissions to view and compare snapshots.

    • Try a Different Snapshot:

      • Try comparing a different older snapshot with the current one to see if the issue is specific to that snapshot.

    Thank you for the suggestions. I have tried all of the steps you mentioned, but unfortunately, none of them have resolved the issue. I also attempted to compare snapshots from a different project to see if it would show any results, but that didn't work either.
