I am encountering an issue with email notifications sent from BIRT reports in my Maximo system. Below is the error from the logs:
From what I can tell, Maximo is using the logged-in user's email address as the sender, but the SMTP account configured in Maximo does not have permission to "Send As" that user in Exchange.
Has anyone configured Maximo or Exchange to resolve this?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
