Has the sharing functionality been enabled in the beta yet? I am unable to share a plan with users that already granted access to the module (and that already have access to the view I created the plan in).

Plan sharing is coming in our Beta 2 release which is currently scheduled for release the week of Jun 19th.

Update on this.  Plan Sharing will rollout this weekend; you should see it in your env on July 3.
