This is currently not possible. That's why I asked the support if they could do a deployment:
Deployment: This cannot be done within the multi-tenant offering (Premium), in order to preserve data security IBM does not allow our operations team access to customer data so we cannot create or move customer deployments.
Framework Manager:
Framework Manager as a client tool is not supported in this version - the dedicated cloud version is required for this capability.
Only reports (and datasets) can be transferred with the XML specification via the clipboard.
It would be great if such a function would soon be available.
