    After you install the IBM Db2 Data Management Console Technical Preview there are a few things you will be prompted to do.  You can find more information on these steps in the Post Installation blog post. Please provide your feedback and comments if you run into any problems with the setup.

    Hello,

    It would be nice to indicate page size for repository DB, 8K I presume.

    The DDL only uses 2 tablespaces TS4CONSOLE+TS4CONSOLE_TEMP ... I would prefer data/index/lob separation, therefore I can check right away volume used by DSMDB. TS4_CONSOLE_DAT,...IDX, ...LOB.

    Also, as I intend to use DB2 Dev-C for repository, and compression for tables, this would help to know if I have a chance to have a benefit using compression.

    Regarding fields, why LOB NOT COMPACT instead of LOB COMPACT. I presume that STMT_TEXT is inserted, not updated, so wouldn't we benefit from space savings ? I would also like to know why DOUBLE is used  instead of DECFLOAT(16). Some functions like MON_GET_MEMORY_POOL use BIGINT.

    Hi,
    After repository setup, I also get this message in the gui:
    GET /dbapi/v4/multidb/home?end=1560969794112&start=1560966194112 - 412 Precondition Failed

    which is very annoying. How can I avoid it ?

    May you pls capture the console log and send it back to us? In Chrome, open menu in the right top corner, click 'Web Developer'->'Web Console', and filter with 'TEXTLOG'.
