Is there a way we can set some parameter or add new parameters in F12-->Network-->Header.

Our requirement is as soon as the user login into navigator desktop. Users complete name should be available in Network Header for any events that occurs(like getDesktop).

These information are fetched by external application, Dynatrace.

the username information can also be in the for of tag,or in css

You can look at using a response filter to amend the headers and include what you need.
