    Hi,

Dick from Support again. When you have the PMWoGenCronTask running you can have an email sent to you listing all of the WO created, PM by PM. If that is what you want you specify the email address for each Site's email using the PM Options in the Organizations application. And of course have the Cron task set up and running for the Sites you want.

If you want individual emails to go out to the various users who get assigned to each individual WO generated from each PM I suggest having a Workflow process that sends out the emails. The process could be tiny, just enough to send the email and stop, or it could be the beginning of a more general WO Object based WF process.

To specify that a WF process that starts up for "Work Orders on PM Generation:" you again use the Organizations app, this time using the WF Options. You may specify a WF process for the Sites you want this to be in effect.

You could also have an Escalation that runs and sends out the email or an Automation Script.

    regards .................dick
