I have set a security definition as described here on page 10
(https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEP7J_11.1.0/com.ibm.swg.ba.cognos.ca_mdlg.doc/ca_mdlg.pdf?view=kc)

this definition works correctly.
However every time I refresh the Schema from the 'Data server connections' page

every definition is duplicated.



With two definitions this grew exponentially very quickly to the point where I needed to delete them all.

Any idea why this is happening and how to stop it?

Jonathan, this seems like a software issue. One of the team tried this today and appears to have re-created the problem. Please log a ticket with the support team so we can ensure we get a solution into the product.
