    I would like to know if packages residing on the AIX ToolBox repo are being maintained to fix security vulnerabilities. 

    If so how frequently is being done?

    Hi,

    Yes packages on AIX toolbox are being maintained for security vulnerabilities. We regularly checks for security vulnerabilities in packages and also encourage others to provide input if we missed something. 
    We rely on open source communities to provide fixes for vulnerabilities and once it is available with couple of months we try to publish those.
