Hi Mohammad,
You should definitely create a support ticket so that route cause can be determined if you require that.  Sometimes we have seen this occur and we have created a technote.  Please backup your system properly and then use this document:

When using the Search functionality, which is available throughout the product, if search results are not presented to you the document will allow you to reset the Search functionality by rebuilding your Search indexes.

We had this problem in earlier versions and found that the logs showed us an error caused the index build to fail. 
once it was due to some content store corruption - required a support case to identify a couple sql statements to clean up content store
another time it was due to memory - increasing available memory for the process allowed the index to build.

I installed C11.1.4 only last week 10/24. I just tried the search in the portal and it worked fine for me. The problem may be your environment.
