We are currently in the middle of a Maximo 7.6.1.2 to MAS 9 upgrade. During UAT, we have had many complaints regarding the screen design, layout and navigation but the biggest concern from our SMEs is the additional scrolling, both vertical and horizontal. Whilst the IT team leading the upgrade have been as positive as they can about the siginicant changes to the look and feel, our users have a valid point regarding scrolling. What options do we have to help reduce unnecessary scrolling?
