Thank you for return.

In Graphical Work Week, in the labor availability view, I often see technicians with 0 hours available (they are allocated at 100%)
For some technicians, I see 5 hours instead of 8 hours, and for the same technician, I see 5 hours this week and 0 hours next week, without any obvious change.
All technicians are assigned to a crew, the calendar is correctly configured, and each crew works 8 hours per day.
I cannot understand which configuration impacts labor availability in GWW, to get 8 available hours per day per technician.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Saad,
John is correct with the 'handsfree' options
There is one more thing that is available within the Graphical Work Week application to notify people. In the resource section, if you right-click on the labor you get the open "Export to Calendar"

You can then choose to email the selected Labor or download and then send that to them.

Hello
Thank you for answer,
When I assign a work order to a labor resource in the Graphical Work Week within the Scheduler application, how can the assigned labor be notified about the work I assigned to them? They don't seem to receive any notification in their menu, so how can they be informed?
Thank you.

Hi Saad,
I will try to answer your questions.
First of all, the Graphical assignment application shows all the assignments of the selected Work Orders, you select work orders in the first tab under Work Queries.
On the left of the Assignment view you see the Labor you have selected in the first tab under Restrict Resource Availability.
So you assign the assignment records to the Labor records.
Labor is ordered by Craft. If you select an assignment then all the labor records that can execute the work by skill-level are turned blue. There is one dark blue record that has the best match based on craft/skill-level.
If you assign a assignment to a labor and it turns green it indicates that the work and labor match. If it turns red it does not meet the requirements of the work. For example the duration of the task is greater than the available hours of the Labor.

Hello,
I don't quite understand how to use this application to assign Work Orders (WO).
Why can't I see all my WOs for a given date?
Is it related to each technician's skill level?
Also, when I assign a WO to someone, it sometimes turns red and sometimes green.
Does that mean I assigned it to the wrong person?
I'd like to assign my WOs based on skill levels rather than job roles.
How can I make sure the system considers skill levels instead of other parameters?
That way, I could assign all my WOs according to technicians' skills and easily visualize all WOs , whether they are assigned or not.
Thank you
